The shareware (try-before-you-buy) marketing strategy lets you (the end-user) try out our software before you buy it.  With this in mind, there really should be no need for a return policy on the software.  However, special circumstances sometimes arise where a refund is the proper course of action.  Therefore, if you purchase one of our products or services and are not fully satisfied with the product, we offer a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Bayside Studios, Inc. retains the right to extend a refund on our products or services at any time, and for any reason.

If for any reason a refund is granted for a product, you will be required to completely remove any and all copies of the software and documentation from your computer.  You will therefore be no longer licensed to use the product, and any use of the product serial number or registration code is a violation of the use of the product.  In other words, if you receive a refund, you can no longer use the product.

Bayside Studios, Inc. respects your privacy.  We will not sell any personal information that you submit (such as email addresses) to our site to a third-party.  We do, however, retain the right to use any information that is submitted to the site internally for our marketing or sales strategies, and may periodically contact you with product information and update notices.  You will, of course, have the option of no longer receiving such notices.
